I am writing to you in appreciation for the duties that you carried out for us at Victoria's and William's wedding on Saturday 7th May.

We wanted to be able to totally enjoy the day by having someone like yourself to put us in the right places at the right times, the day went like an absolute dream and I have to say that we are under no illusions that your expertise and professionalism played a very big part in making that happen, you gave the day a touch of authority without the stuffiness that can sometimes be associated with toastmasters.

Many of our guests praised the way in which you carried out your duties. I would like to close by saying that you are a credit to your profession and on behalf of Denise and myself wish you and your family best wishes for the future.

Hi Les,

Just like to take the opportunity to express our sincere thanks for the part you played in the wedding ceremony yesterday. We knew you would be a star for us. Everyone was amazed by the control that was held whilst still keeping a brilliantly friendly atmosphere.

I know you must have heard a thousand speeches, but I hope there was some new stuff in there to keep you entertained. It certainly seemed to keep the guests entertained anyway.

We are off to a wedding next week, and the father of the bride came to Kerry's wedding yesterday. As he left, he asked, "Do you mind if I steal your notes, as that's a hard one to follow haha.

It all seems so long ago now, but we have been meaning to write and thank you for doing such a wonderful job as Toastmaster at our wedding.
