Behind the scenes, Les co-ordinates the activities of Hoteliers, Caterers, Photographers and Videographers ensuring that everything happens when and how it should. Thereafter his role may vary according to your wishes, but could include:

• Receive and escort the Bride and Groom on arrival
• Announce the meal and direct guests to their places
• Announce the grand entrance of the Bride and Groom and escort them to their places
• Announce and organise the cutting of the cake
• Announce any toasts and speeches
• Formally close the wedding breakfast to prepare for any subsequent festivities
• Be on hand to deal with any little incidents, emergencies or problems that might occur

Les’s prime objective will be to take all organisational worries away, leaving you to enjoy this special day.
